When you pay with your KNET card, you will be securely redirected to the KNET website. From there, KNET verifies your purchase and returns you to our site with payment success or failure information without sending us any confidential or personal information. In this way, your personal and confidential information remains solely with KNET. When you pay using your Visa or Mastercard, you will be securely redirected to the Commercial Bank website. From there, the Commercial Bank verifies your purchase and returns you to our website with information confirming the success or failure of your payment, without sending us any confidential or personal information. 6. Business Hours:

Official working hours are from Saturday to Thursday during official working hours. Friday is the weekly day off throughout the year. Official working hours do not include official holidays or seasonal holidays in the State of Kuwait.

7. Receiving Purchase Orders:

Purchase orders from customers and shoppers are received automatically 24 hours a day, 365 days a y8. What is the delivery fee?

The delivery fee policy at Soko online shopping is based on the type of products purchased and is as follows:

8-1 "Ready-to-Delivery Products": Delivery for these orders is free the next day during official working hours, regardless of other factors such as time and day. Same-day delivery for these products during official working hours is subject to a fee determined by the delivery provider (consumer delivery company), and this fee will be displayed during the checkout process.

8-2 "Pre-Order Products": Delivery for these orders is free when the products are ready for delivery during official working hours, regardless of other factors such as time and day.

9. Do you deliver to my area?

The delivery policy automatically assigns areas, and the answer to this question is determined when filling in the buyer's information and delivery address. We deliver to all areas of Kuwait. For areas located less than 45 kilometers from Kuwait City (our location), delivery is free the next day. Same-day delivery is available for a fee paid by the buyer according to the delivery provider's (consumer delivery company) rates. For orders within 45 kilometers of Kuwait City, delivery is on the next day for a fee determined by the delivery provider (Consumer Delivery Company).

10. Can I cancel my order? Customer cancellation is accepted at Soco. However, some financial settlements are required, requiring us to refund the purchase price electronically after 48 business hours from the time of receiving the order.  

    For canceled orders for same-day delivery, the fee is non-refundable because the delivery provider collects the delivery fee in advance within the first 3 hours of receiving your order. You will only receive a refund after 48 hours. Next-day delivery orders are free, and the purchase price will also be refunded.

    10. When will delivery take place?

    During checkout, you can choose delivery. Same-day delivery is available for a fee, while next-day delivery is free. Please refer to points 7 and 8 regarding delivery areas, delivery conditions, and delivery fees.

    12. What if my order is incomplete or one of the products has expired?

    The process is very easy! As long as you have a pre-registered "Transaction Account," simply log in to your account and complete a new purchase.

     

    14. How can I delete my account?

    If you want to delete your account, you can do so through the My Account menu -> Account Information by clicking the Delete Account button. If you wish to reverse the decision to close your account, you cannot do so, and this action will delete all your account data except for that which we are legally required to retain. ear.
